  • Starter culture that will allow you to make the well-known Greek yoghurt at your home. It has the Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus bacteria and it is believed that it arrived in the Mediterranean many years ago on Turkish ships. It is now one of the star yoghurt’s of our gastronomy in Spain due to its flavour and texture.
  • You will receive two sachets with Greek yoghurt cultures. With one sachet you will be able to produce plenty of litres of yoghurt indefinitely because it has no limit of uses. The second sachet may be stored as a reserve. More information.
  • A Yoghurt’s care and production manual is included, along with some great recipes.
  • A traditional variety culture, will generate yoghurt forever with the proper care that we include in our manual.
  • Thermophilic culture, you will need a temperature of about 40°C to ferment, for example using a yoghurt maker or an oven.
  • Prepare it with your own natural and healthy ingredients! Use sweeteners for diabetics or add fruit of your choice to make your yoghurt. You have dozens of flavours at your disposal.
